EEMB Occupies more than 20000 square feet of floor space and employs more than 1600 skillful workers in production team. The production is carried under a close supervision to ensure quality products. Below listed some of our key department of battery production.

R&D Department: Pioneering research with the emphasis on applied research and customer-driven innovation, a team of experienced engineers which is sensitive to the market trends, generates new ideas and put them into visible products. The department targets at technology enhancement and new products development required by the market.

Molding Department: This department is responsible for actualizing the mechanical artworks or designs into real products. According to our previous experience in working OEM & ODM projects with our client, the molding department can produce the relevant tools in the period of one month to two months. The department enables us to provide what customer desired and fulfill our commitment to satisfy customer's marketing needs.

Production Department: About 1600 well-trained workers are dedicated in this department. Statistically, the monthly production capacity is about 9,000,000pcs of battery.

QC Department: The quality inspection is carried out throughout the entire procedures of battery making, from the beginning of material quality inspection to the final finished product quality inspection, which strictly abide by the standard of ISO 9001
